We use this data to communicate with you about Show matters. Names will be used to compile a list of class winners, which will displayed on our website, in local newspaper publications and on our trophies.

entered an exhibit in one of the sections
offered to support the Show
We will NOT sell or lease your personal data to third parties. Committee members will use this data to communicate with you about Show matters. Class winners’ names may be shared with local newspaper publications and our trophy engravers.

In exceptional circumstances sensitive personal health data may be collected as part of any accident reporting during the Show.
